Decorating for Christmas

Yowzers! It's been awhile! Last time we posted, we were at Camp Doll Diaries for the summer, and now we're decorating for Christmas! Hey, that's a funny story!

 Caroline and Felicity journeyed into the basement to find our tree.

 After freeing Felicity from her wiry mess...

 …Ruthie and the minis set the tree up.

 It took awhile, but it was all worth it!

 Then Molly and I went to get the ornaments and decorations. Lissie tagged along.

 And we decorated the tree!

 After all of the ornaments were up, Felicity lifted Lissie up to put the topper on.

 It looked great!

 We all gathered around the tree, minus Zara and Aubry who were at cooking class. We sang tons of carols. Lanie, Belle, and Saige, the three singers in our family, did a trio to a song called "Night of Silence". They were soooo good!

 Like, ten minutes later, Zara and Aubry came home. They had stopped in the basement on the way up and got our stockings!

 We hung the stockings up on the footboard with care. We don't have a fireplace, so we hung up the stockings on Mommy's bed.

They looked great!

I had fun decorating for Christmas! I can't wait until Christmas! I asked Santa for a new dolly! And I can't wait to celebrate with my family!!!

The Movie Theater!

Whew! It's been awhile! But we're back! Mom's been telling our life through AGTube recently, so you might want to check that out HERE!

So today, basilmentos' movie "Midsummer Magic" came out! And guess what? We went to the
Re-Doll Movie theater to see it!

 Isn't the poster awesome?!?

 Alex is working there as a summer job, and she got us a discount! Awesome!

 We settled into our seats and waited, and waited, and waited, and...

 IT STARTED!!!

 Our favorite part!

 When it was over, everyone cheered. It was the BEST. MOVIE. EVER!!!!!!!!

 And there was popcorn!

Doll Diaries Week Two Weekly Recap!

Sorry this is so late! mom's wifi is down, so she couldn't post it. Finally, here is the Camp Doll Diaries Weekly Recap!

 "Alright," said Counselor Alicia. "This week is Time Traveler Week! All of you are to pick an era and dress up according to what they wore in your era. Here is a box of costumes!"

Pretty soon we were all in costume. Mary was from the 1940's, Saige from colonial times, Ruthie from the 1930's (go figure), me from pioneer days, and Caroline from Regency times (again, didn't see that one coming;)).And of course the minis were from colonial times as well.

 We had a hobo picnic to honor Kit and Ruthie. Ruthie told us stories from the Great Depression, including the time Kit pushed her annoying classmate Rodger into a ladder!

And then we caught fireflies!

 The next day I wrote a letter home.

 Meanwhile, the rest of the bunch was at crafts.

 Saige's pompom critter Watermelon is so cute!

We Made It!

Hi everyone, it's Mary! And right now...

WE'RE AT CAMP DOLL DIARIES!!!!!!!!!!

Camp Doll Diaries OFFICIALLY starts tomorrow, but today we moved into our Cabin, Cabin Captain America Manatee! 

 So we were all just standing there, not knowing what to do. None of us had ever been to camp before, so we were all pretty nervous, even Caroline. But then we heard someone say, "Are you from Cabin Captain America Manatee?

                        I turned around and saw a counselor. "Yes, we are," said Saige.    

"Excellent,'' said the counselor. "I'm Alicia and I'll be your Cabin Leader!"

"Great!" said Caroline. "I'm Caroline, that's Saige, that's my twin Lanie, that's Ruthie, that's Felicity, that's Elizabeth, and that's Mary with her pet Larry."

"What kind of pet is Larry?'' asked Alicia.

"No one knows," whispered Lanie.

 "Okay, girls, follow me!" said Alicia. I already really liked her.

 "Make your self at home," Alicia said. ''And welcome to Camp Doll Diaries! Tomorrow, camp will officially start, as well as the fun! So this is your cabin, and I have taken the liberty to assign beds. Ruthie gets bottom bunk, twins get top, Saige and Mary get loft, and Felicity and Elizabeth get those two. This is my bed. Under the loft is my office, and you are allowed in there if you ask permission. I don't want you seeing surprises before you're supposed to! You may not enter Lake Ginger or Oregano Forest without a counselor. When you leave the cabin for any reason, always take a buddy. Ms. Char's office is off limits, as well as the janitor hut and the kitchens unless your weekly chore needs you to go there. Oh, and you each get a weekly chore to help our camp stay clean. One of your daily chores is making your own bed. You don't leave until your bed is made. Bathrooms are down the path, and always take a buddy with you.  And I think that's everything! Have fun at Camp Doll Diaries!"

 We all unpacked our things and made this place our home.

I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited for camp! And time to announce a new series...

 Yep! Camp Doll Diaries Weekly Recap! Every Saturday, we'll post what happened on Monday through Friday! I seriously can NOT wait! *explodes*

Getting Ready for Camp Doll Diaries!

A few days ago, Mary and I were walking our pets downtown.

 It was a beautiful day, and we were chatting about what we were doing over the summer. Neither of us had plans, and neither did anyone we knew.

 And as if by magic, we saw a sign advertising a new summer camp-for dolls!

Camp Doll Diaries! It looked as if other dolls had signed up, and when we took a closer look, it turns out the dolls from Dolls United signed up!

 Our best friends (in real life)!

 We added our names and all of our sisters' names.      

We ran home to tell them the news!

Everyone was super excited, even Ruthie! Lanie and Caroline went online and printed out the registration forms.

 We filled them out.

All done!

 Ruthie put them in an envelope and practically ran to the mailbox to mail it.

 So then yesterday, our camp package came!

 On top was a note for mom.

 It was a Counselor Form!

 She filled it out...

 ...and sent it back.

 Next in the box were our camp tee-shirts!

 All 5!

 At the very bottom, there were letters from our counselors and patches for Felicity and Elizabeth.

 Our counselors are Mom and Bailey from Dolls United!
